We offer two different styles of mixers, including the standard rear discharge mixer, and front load mixers available upon request.
The advantages of a front load mixer (shown in bottom image) is the ability to place concrete without the need for an extra man to run the chute on the truck. These trucks are all wheel drive and can reach areas standard trucks cannot.
We hold a general contractor license and are fully insured to protect you and your project. The cost of poured concrete walls is comparable to cinder block foundations even when the cells are flushed full of concrete. Rock Solid foundations are in most cases faster to complete and create a wall that is over 30 times stronger than traditional block walls. Concrete foundation walls leave a smooth good-looking surface and are less likely to have water issues as block walls are more porous and prone to water infiltration.
With Rock Solid you are hiring one company where you typically must hire multiple contractors to accomplish the same job.
After excavation, we come in and start reinforcing your footers with the proper steel required. Standard footings comes with two continuous strands of 1/2” steel bars.
Our walls consist of an aluminum set in place forming system with a mat of steel reinforcing bars inside the wall vertically and horizontally according to the International IRC code.
After walls are set in place, plumbed and squared to perfection, Rock Solid Concrete Pumping fills the aluminum forms with 4000 psi concrete.
Once the concrete has hardened the forms are removed from the wall. All materials are then cleaned up and taken off the project.
Our foundations are water-proofed using the Marflex 5000 water-proofing system that features a 6” geo crush less perimeter drain and a 30-Year written manufacturer’s warranty.
If we do the entire process of the new construction project from start to finish, we offer a lifetime limited structural warranty.
